Pakistani Suits believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. The product which we sell we believe that is at the best price and good quality the customer can get the product. Our return policy is made keeping our valuable customers in mind and hence we have easy transparent procedure for it. However, we wish that you do not need to use the policy as far as possible but we do understand that under unforeseen conditions it is necessary to replace/return the product.

            In Pakistani Suits refund & cancellation only possible if Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered

1. Please make video while opening the package. Then only we will make replacement and if not possible only in that case, we will return that much amount.

2. If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at Pakistanisuits.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp, along with couple of pictures of defected or wrong product with opening video within 24 Hours of delivery.

3. If you have received damaged product We will try and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible only in that case, we will return that much amount.

4.  Because of quality issue we can't take back so please about quality ask on given WhatsApp number after taking our staff confirmation you place the order.

5. At Pakistani Suits each product quality is checked, verified and then shipped to the customer.

6. In case of Product replacement, you have to send back the parcel with return packing slip within 3 Days. (Note: For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by customer)

7. The orders that have already been shipped by us will not be cancelled or after booking order cannot be cancelled. 

8. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact 

9. Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges incurred by you.

10. For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform Pakistani Suits within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. 

11. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
